Beards are not for everyone. I know I would look terrible in one. 

Esk at the pearly gates

I have been meaning to draw this picture of my treasured pooch (Esk) all year...I finally got round to it....

Here she is at the pearly gates of heaven being stopped by Saint Bernard because she has been a Bad Dog.  I'm not sure where it would go from here though. Possibly Saint Bernard would call doG to deal with her and Esk would try sniff her bum?  :) Cheeky little monkey. I'm sure she is thinking the last place she would like to be is behind yet another gate....

Bath of Shame

Our little Peskapoodle pooch really hates having a bath - she'll jump into a dam to get her ball, and play about and wrestle in water and get soaked, and roll about in mud, but as soon as I get her tub out she goes and sits by the gate with a forlorn expression on her face. Her tail goes between her legs and she looks at me like I am the most cruel human in the world. But the little peachpocket gets to go on all the couches, gets to sleep in the bed - under the covers - She even gets to sit on my shoulders in the car. So when she goes to the park and rolls in someones vomit, dead birds, rubbish dumps or any other vast number of delectable wonderful smelling decomposing unmentionable things she can find, she gets a bath.
